U.S. FREE SHIPPING POLICY

merchandise order of $100 USD OR MORE (automatically applied at checkout if threshold is met) shipped to an address within the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, The U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other shipping destinations outside the United States.). Please allow a few business days for processing (excludes weekends and holidays) & an estimated 5-7 business days* for delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL

At the moment, we are shipping internationally to Canada. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred should you not accept the customs charges. Please allow a few business days for processing (excludes weekends and holidays) & an estimated 6-21 business days* for delivery (calculated via USPS; varies by shipping method selected at checkout). You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments that have arrived at the processing facility (USPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS.
